OnPointFresh ("we", "our", or "us") operates the LeanMaxR mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Data You Provide:

• Health & Fitness Data: Weight measurements, body measurements (waist, chest, arm), macro intake (protein, fat, calories), gym sessions, and body status information.
• Photos: Food photos for calorie estimation and physique progress photos. These are stored locally on your device.
• Profile Information: Name, starting weight, goal weight, activity level, and cut duration preferences.

Automatically Collected:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the App to improve user experience.

How We Use Your Information

• Core Functionality: To track your weight loss progress, calculate macro targets, and display analytics.
• AI Features: Food photos are sent to our AI service provider (Anthropic) for calorie estimation. Photos are processed in real-time and not stored on external servers.
• Apple Health Integration: If enabled, weight data syncs with Apple Health. This is optional and controlled by you.
• Notifications: To send daily reminder notifications if you enable them.

Data Storage

Local Storage: All your personal data (weight logs, photos, measurements, macros) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not have access to this data.

AI Processing: When you use AI features (calorie estimation, nutrition insights, meal suggestions), your food photos and meal data are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. This data is:

• Transmitted securely via HTTPS
• Processed in real-time and not persistently stored by Anthropic
• Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy

Subscription Data: If you subscribe to AI Pro, Apple handles all payment processing. We do not have access to your payment information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only in these circumstances:

• AI Service Provider: Food photos and meal descriptions are shared with Anthropic for AI calorie estimation.
• Apple: Subscription and payment processing is handled by Apple.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

Your Rights & Choices

• Delete Your Data: Use the "Reset Everything" option in Settings to delete all your data from the App.
• Apple Health: You can enable or disable Apple Health sync at any time in Settings.
• Notifications: Manage notification preferences in your device settings.
• AI Features: AI features are optional and only used when you actively request them.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:

• All data is stored locally on your device with iOS encryption
• AI API communications use secure HTTPS connections
• We do not store your data on external servers

Children's Privacy

LeanMaxR is not intended for users under 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
